South Melbourne Market is one of many great places for a solo traveler who loves food, makers and watching people. On this day I was at the Market to interview Agathé Kerr about her French pátisserie.

Sitting in the Market’s outdoor dining area on a beautiful Summer day is the best. I looked up to see Jessi and her dad Robert enjoying what looked like Agathé croissants. They looked friendly and seemed to be enjoying the croissants, so I walked over and introduced myself.
